About Dr. Kaleka
I went into Family Medicine because of the ability to provide continuity for patients (which is a big reason I continue to practice obstetrics) so that I can care for them during their pregnancy, care for their newborn after birth, and any additional members within their family. I can provide that continuity for all members of their family, young and old. I aim to care for ALL patients and provide education with potential treatment options to address their health concerns and work towards preventing chronic disease with recommended screenings and exams. My hope is together we can develop a care plan acceptable for patients, so they feel empowered to live a healthy and comfortable life
