"You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging."
- Brene Brown
We all struggle and need support from others. I believe in therapeutic care that centers around each individual’s needs and goals. Therapy is a space to get to know yourself, explore your values and goals, and learn skills to facilitate growth and change. It is a place to be seen and understood. I take an approach that honors who you are right in this moment and supports you as you face hurts and move into healing.
