Part-Time After-Hours Department Manager
Mondays and Wednesdays 4:30p to 9:30p and Saturdays 8:30a – 1:30p

Wildwood Family Clinic, a recognized leader in exceptional healthcare, is expanding our services with the launch of an after-hours clinic. We are seeking a Part-Time After-Hours Department Manager to lead our team at our Madison location.
About the Role
This is a working manager position, meaning the ideal candidate will not only perform managerial duties but also actively contribute to patient care and clinic operations. This role can be filled by a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Lab Assistant, Radiology Technologist, or Receptionist with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support after-hours clinic staff, ensuring smooth operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff, patients, and providers during after-hours shifts.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Provide patient care support based on professional discipline (CMA, Lab Assistant, Radiology Technologist, or Receptionist duties).
• Handle clinic workflow, problem-solving, and conflict resolution as needed.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Manage basic administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
• Current certification/license in one of the following disciplines: CMA, Lab Assistant, Radiology Technologist, or Receptionist with relevant healthcare experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic (or other EHR systems) is a plus.
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
